        Not Too Sweet Riesling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of my favorite everyday rieslings. I love that it's not overly sweet and I can easily enjoy glass after glass. I taste the apple notes and they are lovely.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As far as this Dry Riesling, I had the opposite effect of the Chardonnay in the sense that I was expecting this to be extra dry (given the name) but I was shocked to find my palate found it less dry and with more sweet note finishes. It was a little lighter than most Rieslings I’ve tried and it’s something to definitely recommend to white wine lovers!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] dry Riesling is a marvelous choice for so many styles of food, from Asian and fusion cuisine to specific seafood dishes or pork and chicken entrées. Medium-full, this has a generous mid-palate and is ripe with great complexity. Dry with a distinct minerality and excellent persistence.
